Rev. Jonathan Key is the pastor of Providence Reformed Church. Originally born in southern Maryland, he lived in multiple states, including New York, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Ohio, before coming out to California. Jon is a graduate of Geneva College (Bachelor of Arts in Student Ministry) and Mid-America Reformed Seminary (Master of Divinity). He was ordained to pastoral ministry by the Presbyterian Church in America in 2021 and has been blessed to serve as PRC’s pastor since April 2023.
Jon met Lorissa while he was in seminary, and they have been happily married since 2019. They are the parents of two energetic little girls who bring more joy to their lives than they could have imagined.
